These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SafestMenu (www.safestmenu.com and app.safestmenu.com), operated by TRANSFACTOR TECHNOLOGIES S.R.L. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

SafestMenu lets restaurants, cafés and bars create and publish digital QR-code menus. You are responsible for the content you add to your menus - including dish names, descriptions, prices, allergens and nutritional information - and for ensuring it is accurate and complies with the laws applicable to your business.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to publish unlawful or misleading content.

Some features use artificial intelligence to help you draft menu content, including product descriptions, ingredient lists, images and nutritional values. AI can make mistakes: such content is provided as a best-effort estimate and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

Nutritional values in particular are estimates only and are not a substitute for laboratory analysis or professional advice. Before relying on or publishing them - especially where allergies, medical or dietary requirements are concerned - they must be reviewed and confirmed by a qualified specialist. You remain solely responsible for the content you publish to your guests.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on content created with the service, including AI-generated nutritional information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or our website. Continued use of SafestMenu after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
